You didn't say which Operating System you are using. If you are using Windows XP, see this:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310575
Scroll down to "Malfunctioning, incorrectly-configured, or missing device driver".

None of the solution from that link works.
I installed SP2 but it doesn't works neither.
I'm on Windows XP Pro 64bit.
Here's my system config:
Q6600 Processor
Asus p5nesli mobo
8800gt
1gb ram
I'm being really impatient now. Someone please help me.
Only the mouse and keyboard works .. nothing else.

Go into your hardware manager, and then to the USB devices, right click on each host controller and select properties. See what percentage of USB bandwidth is being allocated for each one. 10% or so should be about right. Is any of them using more. _________________ For ZoneAlarm help http://www.donhoover.net

i checked and its shows that none of them is at 10%. There are a total of 6 options to check, out of which two of them shows 24 & 22% and rest are showing in mA format.
Please tell me what should i do ?

And I dont want to switch back to 32bit
