http://andutzu.land.ru/SIGNIN~1 was submitted to PIRT (just the URL, not the spam). The site attempts to download the file "SIGNIN~1," which appears to contain an html file for ebay phish. VirusTotal and Jotti scans are coming up clean, but it sure is suspicious behavior.

The file doesn't appear to be malware.
