So today I know dslreports.com is under attack and mitigated by the owner, but what other properties are?

From my own experience dslreports.com is still having issues. All I have gotten is a "Failure To Connect To Web Server" page all day

Thank you Paul, I'm online with Hughesnet and a dynamic ip. Restarting my modem must have assigned me a new ip as now I can get in to Dsl Reports with no trouble

Looks like this has been resolved. DDoS net was found, and is being blocked.
