Hi all,
Since 02-18-08, I have not been able to update the free version of AVG AS. It gives me the XML parser error. I think it might be related to a Microsoft update (MSXML 4.0 SP2 KB927978, MSXML 4.0 SP2 KB936181, or MSXML 6.0 Parser KB933579), but I don't know which one and don't know if they are something that I can uninstall/reinstall.
I am running Windows XP Home SP2 with all the updates.
Is anyone else having this trouble or does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi mrsugg,
Didn't see this one lurking here!
The only thing I could suggest is to do a reinstall of AVG. If one of those updates broke something then refreshing the files may help.
The manual update page is here - I assume these definitions work with the free version.
