hey folks!
anyone know how to get rid of the clicking sound that happens every time i open a file? i've disabled all sounds, and even did a registry tweak to disable sounds. the click can be controlled by the volume, but i'd love to be able to get rid of it for good.
you guys have been great in the past - maybe you've got some ideas for this particular annoyance/problem?
Toshiba Satellite laptop, WinXP Home SP1, 2.2 Intel 512Mg.
thanks much!
