Sorry to put my question in the subject but seemed most efficient.
Program says to reinstall.
Nothing in docs anywhere nor wiki nor in any posts here...

Can you be a little more elaborate? I cannot understand what the problem is.

I unzipped the comp20 and started it. It tells me that the Archive folder doesn't exist and I need to reinstall the program. The archive folder is clearly there in the directory where I unzipped the whole shebang.
Don't see how unzipping again can do anything useful.

There have been several version 20s, and the file folder says 20 for each of them.
I have sometimes made a mistake where I meant to unzip into one folder and Windows wanted to unzip it somewhere else, and I forgot to change the file path. If there is already a version 20 there, it might not be an obvious mistake. Are you launching Complainterator from the folder where you know you have the archive, or from the folder that opens after you unzip the update?

Thanks for the input - it lead me to look a little closer. I found that, while creating a shortcut I inadvertently moved the exe file to the desktop, thereby removing it from the original install location.
Dammed windoze...
Now seems to start OK.
Aside, when does it prompt me to register with DNS stuff?

I've been registered with DNSstuff (free member) for a while, so I don't know if it is actually required or not. I think some people don't register and just delete all the DNSstuff cookies periodically when it tells them they've done too many lookups. The reason for the who.is lookup option was to allow longer intervals between cookie crumblings.

Sorry, don't grok that - I thought I read somewhere one had to register. Then theres talk of DNSstuff tokens - its a little confusing, but I'll finger it out.
Thanks...

I am not sure that they still allow free registration. However, it is not required for Complainterator use.

The theory:
The providers of DNSStuff have implemented a charge for their services.
However, they acknowledge that Complainterator provides a valuable service to the community, and do not want to see their charging as a disincentive to use Complainterator,or their service.
Therefore, they have generously provided a way for Complainterator to continue to use a part of their service for no charge.
In practice:
Sometimes DNSStuff upgrades their services, and the special arrangement for Complainterator fails. When that happens, a later version of Complainterator will be released with the special arrangement reinstated.
Please ensure you keep your versionup to date.
