Is anyone else having this problem????? Manual update crashes as does full update.

It might crash if both were trying to update at the same time.
Was this the case ?

No, I have been caught with that before. The other strange thing is it only happens on my desktop not the laptop. Now trying to sort out what other software may be causing it.
Installed SH for I/E again and I/E crashed again.

Just today (April 22, 2008) the auto update feature is not working. A manual update also fails. I have not tried a 'full update'.
Is this a general problem?

As followup to my previous message.
An attempt to obtain 'Site Information' produced the following error message "Fatal Error - Connection Error. Resource not Found.
