I just installed the latest version of Norton SystemWorks Basic and now encounter an error message when I boot up the computer. The Message is:

Norton Protection: Attention
Access Denied, Drive E

I don't seem to have a problem access the E dirve (I have my drive in 3 partitions) with other programs, but I get this Norton message when the system boots up.

I have not had this problem in the past.

What can be causing this message and how can I possible fix it? I'm running WinXP with all the latest updates (no SP3).

Thanks
Gumboman

Thanks Cudni,

Got it. I had a chat with Symantec Support and they took me to the same spot. I have printed it off for future reference.
