I installed PrevxCSI, ran scan and it found a number of bad files. PrevxCSI forced a restart and now the computer reboots after WinXP splash screen.

Over and over again.....

Safe mode no good.

Followed all instructions given by PrevxCSI prior to scan.

Now what?
