|
|
Hi all, we have a slow cable broadband connection, rated at 120 kbps up to 150 kbps, but in reality its more like 72kbps on a good day with no sun spots. When i download a file, web surfing is almost impossible...looks to me the entire bandwidth is taken up by the download, making connections to web pages break and time out. Is there a solution or tool to help with this? Thanks!
