I need to reinstall/reformat my computer and would love some help please. i put in my recovery disc and my computer won't let me use it because it won't acknowledge me as an administrator. This is why I need to reformat it. Hoping that it will allow me to be the administrator again. I've been through lots of help from hijack this forum and this is what they've come up with that I need to do. I just am not sure how to proceed. I can't use the recovery disc.
