Has anyone heard about this?
I open Explorer. Do a right click and the little popup shows up. But none of the buttons work. Like rename or delete, it's like they are locked up. I can click (Left) off of the popup. It will disappear. The3n if I click on any of the menu bar ( File, Edit, etc, etc.) Windows Explorer will close (Real fast!)
And if I click on the TaskBar (Right click OK -- left click not ok.) it will disappear for about 2 seconds along with all of my desktop icons then reappear.
I am hoping that I will not have to go into the registry to fix this. I have even pulled out the Windows XP CD and did a repair while in setup. That didn't help. I have all of the programs downloaded. The ones you have suggested to use. I Have run my scanner a few times. I even ran Blacklight and the fix vundo. Nether of them found anything. I will now go and run the other programs and see what happens. After I clean up this mess I will be back.
