Bablorub is a spambot which uses some basic ai 'chatbot' methods.
The classic ploy is to inject simple variants of stock phrases into
threads, as the above examples. If the spambot is taken as human and
banned, the 3 URLs above are usually left in the user profile.

If the posts are left untouched, the sig is replicated in every post.
Just 3 posts, and the spambot babelrub has 12 active URLs on a forum.
Multiply that out by over 8000 sites, and google rankings are affected.

It gets even more interesting.

The 3 web-sites above are not genuine web-sites.

They are honeypots set by a spambotmaster to trap unwary humans.
The end purpose is to gain trust and hence gain credit-card details.
The three sites also appear to be cross-linkers for other spambots
and spambotmasters.
