We wish to thank everyone at CastleCops for donating their time to help folks with their technology issues. However, although we very much appreciate the intentions of the people that have been trying to help out specifically with HijackThis logs, <b>this is one (and the only) area where this role is recommended to be engaged by our staff members and people that have been given the title of 1st Responder, Security Expert, and any of the Admin/Mod ranks. </b>

Since HijackThis is a very powerful tool we want to limit the risk of accidents. We feel that too many helpers in one thread, or help from inexperienced users may increase the chance of such accidents.

If you think one of the helpers is missing something or you can provide him with information you think he lacks, please inform him by PM and refrain from posting in the thread.

Should you feel qualified to help in this forum and we have missed the opportunity to give you one of the required titles, or are interested in Hijackthis training then please contact Taz71498 or Marianna.
