Its a proxying service, are you in need of using it or bypassing it?

Actually NTL is a service provider and when you hear about the NTL transparent proxy, they are referring to the proxying service provided by NTL.

Can I take it all those on NTL also, cannot take the www.pcflank.com tests because of this Proxy?
