I am looking to get more (make the most of) my firewall log. It is exported to a .txt file imported into Excel (and cleaned up a little) saved then finally imported into access. Specifically I am trying to find out
1. What I should be particularly paying attention to
2. The fastest method for interpreting the data

Hi,
Could anyone also provide software for analyzing Outpost firewall connection log (filename "connections.log")?
AFAIK, the log can be select, copy and paste into clipboard - but I have several backup-log file for future analysis.
I prefer only convert that file into readable (text or comma delimited) and could handle "host name, port, direction" well.
TIA
