Has anyone had problems with Freecell after updating NAV last week?

I'm working on my grandmother's computer. She has Norton Internet Security with Anti-virus installed. It's the only thing that autoruns on her pc. If I prevent it from starting up (using msconfig), Freecell works fine but, if I enable it Freecell freezes and gives the following error message:
