I recently purchased a new machine with XP Pro installed.

XP Pro will be running at home, connected to a Linksys Router, which is in turn connected to my Linksys Cable Modem.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any sites/documentation on what services to have enabled/disabled under XP? Or what firewall rules need to be defined, so that everything else can be blocked.

I've been trying to get an idea of what I can safely allow or shutdown. The problem I run into is when I have a XP process listening under different ports.

Any help would be greatly appreciated?
