Hi.
It would be fine if MW_Pro can say the count of messages in the status bar always.
Sometimes I spend time checking suspicious email through MW-Pro and when I hit REFRESH manually in Outlook, it says "retrieving N emails". I want to compare that number to MW's count, so if them differ, it means I got new messages and I prefer to check them first in MW (I can cancel Outlook retrieval process).

Also, I have to say that while the 'bubbles' on the systray icon are cute... a number of messages waiting would be useful... weatherbug can display the current temperature that small, so mailwasher oughta be able to show number of messages waiting (except 0  ) Or change the icon help bubble to show the count... (like when you just mouse over the systray icon, and don't click).

Or how about some fixed displays above the list (instead of free form in the status bar) like this:

To save time while checking or processing, this whole line, or just the numbers, could go blank while messages are being processed, then be displayed when finished.

All of the suggestions in this thread are good. I just want to be able to see if an additional message has arrived between the time i process mail and download it.
