This suggestion may well have been made before.
I would like to see the option to automatically delete blacklisted emails without the need to press the "ProcessMail" button.
When I am out of the office, I leaver my server in the office checking for emails. If the MailWasher program automatically deleted Blacklisted items it would save time when accessing my emails from the laptop.
Hope this suggestions gets seriously considered for a future release of the MailWasher software!

If you choose "auto delete blacklisted messages" does it no longer do this? I used to have that checked until about a week ago, and it was deleting during the e-mail check, without having to click "process mail". _________________ Gary

I find no blacklist tab under OPTIONS. Using registered version 3.0 of mailwasher pro. Also Filters desplay these filtered in the email even when edited not to.

In the case of 3.0, you should be able to hit Ctrl-F7, then click on the "Blacklist" tab, then click on "options", then tick "Auto-delete blacklisted messages".
If you are seeing messages in the list that have been caught by a filter that has "Do not display this e-mail in the list" checked, then go to "View", and un-check the "Show 'hidden' e-mails" option. _________________ Gary

I have the auto-delete blacklisted option checked, but it only affects items in your personal blacklist. There should be an option in the probram to auto-delete messages marked by the DNS Spam database.

I'm not sure that you want to do that. The reason is that DNS blacklists often block entire address ranges of an ISP, normally in order to influence them to change their policies. So, you might never receive an e-mail from a friend that's not on your whitelist! For example, if you received an e-mail from my personal address, you would probably never see it, since one of the DNS services has my domain blacklisted. Ironic, no? _________________ Gary
