Ive downloadedc both. Spybot used to work for me up until late.

Heres the problem. I start up the program and it gets moving, scanning my computer for anything that it sees fit. BUT when either of the programs get to Gator on my PC they freeze up and I have to Force them to shut down via the Task Manager.

Whats causing this? Please don't tell me that I have to go in and manually remove all the Spyware to get them working again because I can't do that either.

For some reason when I attempt to open my Registry Editor my PC states that it has been locked by my administrator. Well heres the thing, I dont have one!!! Its my SN and my sisters and no others. Certainly my sister isnt the admin on here (unless changed by a virus).

So can someone advise me on how to fix 'em?

Try a run with Spybot S & D in safe mode, reboot and tap F8. See if you can run a full scan this way.
