I'm working on getting a PC setup for dail-up service. If I double-click the Dial-Up Networking folder, it won't open. As though it doesn't exist. The PC didn't have a faxmodem so I installed one. I did see that it had a dial-up adapter through the device manager. Need some help, instructions.
Thanks!
Eric
