Got a call from a friend out of town. His machine is now apparently infected with something. He claims to be on top of his AVG and Spybot duties.

Heres what is happening. Be it in safe mode, or normal start mode. As soon as a user logs in to the computer it logs you off. Puts you back in the login screen.

Not sure how to trouble shoot something that does not allow you to at least login to work on it. Hate to say "Just reinstall" because that’s not an easy task to do from out of town Smile

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
