This problem has probably came up before, but....
I ran spybot, got rid of all the "bad" files/programs, and did the incredibly stupid thing of deleting them, so now recovery is not an option and I can't use AIM. Does anyone know what spy bot gets rid of that causes Aol Instant Messenger to stop working, and where can I download it.

The reason I got spy bot was because of another harder to describe problem that I can't understand. Every time i start up my computer, 2 processes, explorer.exe and lsass.exe take up nearly 100% of the cpu and continue to do so indefinetly, even an hour after start up. However, if i open the task manager, end the explorere.exe process, everything returns to normal. I can then run the explore.exe process and only have around 2% of the cpu used. Bottom line is untill i shut explorer.exe down and restart it, it eats up huge cpu cycles.
Around the same time this problem happened, my computer stopped being able to detect that there was a DVD in the DVD/CD-rom drive.

I expect the AIM problem will be easy to solve, the 2nd problem set is probably too vague to get a fix for.
