my laptop had been receiving this error:

MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error
Program: C\PROGRA~1COMMON~1tsa\ts.exe
Abnormal Program Termination

That makes my laptop freeze.Is there anyone can help me in solving this problem.i really need your help.Any help will be greatly appreciated!
