Hello, I am having a problem with windows I think, what is happening is that I have one window open and when I go to use a site(especially My Own) the popup windows meaning a second window that comes up in another feature that is set up to do so will not load (refuses to) no matter what I have tried to do nothing will get it to load which means I am pretty much screwed . I dont have a popup blocker so I'm guessing its not anything to do with that. If anyone can help Me out I would appreciate it very much,

o/s = online service if so then aol

browser = internet explorer

no anti spyware tools

also My computer keep's making a sound like it keep's trying to load or finish loading something, what I dont know but everything run's slow due to this problem I'll bet

d/l ad-ware do the same.

since I dont know what I'm doing pretty much I'll wait to hear back from you before I run the other d/l and anti virus scan

have not heard of that error in spybot.
try running it in safe mode. dose it still do it than?

ok where you d/led spybot scroll down the page some there anther file you may need to install.

ok Dave I ran it in safe mode and it worked. it found 134 problems and fixed them all !!! Now I tried to run the ad-ware d/l but I couldnt, I got a box named OPEN WITH and dont know how to use it. It's not the first time I have ran into the Open With box and didnt know what to do with it. I ran My AVG virus scan and it came up clean. So whats next ?

oh to add to My last post....

My pages are loading much faster now since I ran the search & destroy Dave but still cant open any popup pages like for instance within My msn community when you try to reply to a post or make a new page the popup's dont load still

you may try running ad-ware in safe mode. as there dose sea to be something thats trying to stop spybot and ad-ware from loading in normal mode.
you can try online scan at housecall anti virus.
and here a free program to try a2 trojin scanner.

Ok Dave. this link after I d/l'ed it asks for a code and a liscence number before you are able to run it :S

In order to help you we need a HiJackThis log.

Create a folder and unzip the HiJackThis download to the folder. Do not unzip the HiJackThis download to your Desktop or the Temp folder - it won't work.
