Who do I complain to if an internet software company says you can have a three day trial of their software, but then turns around and charges my credit card anyway, after I deleted it after about an hour after I downloaded it. The software was a bit much for me to understand, and I thought I would really mess up my computer. I did everything they told me to do if I didn't want it, the very day I downloaded it. I sent seven emails to their support center within the next few days, and they would not even respond to them let alone give me my money back. The cost was $79.95, if it had not have been to much, I would probably let it go, but that is a lot of money for nothing. The kicker is that they had my money, and I had no software. About a week and a half or two weeks later, the soft ware just showed up on my computer. So, someone had to have been getting my inquiries. They have no way to get in touch with them other than through their download site. Can someone help me please. Thank you so much.

first asap! contact your credit card company tell them about this bogus charge have them remove it.
next need to know what contry and state province od district your in to recomend or some one else recomend legal action.

I live in California, USA and I used a debit card, so I am not sure I can have it removed. Also, somehow they did put the software back on my computer after I complained several times about wanting my money back. Can I say the name of the company on here? I don't want to get in trouble, but I do want everyone to know about the problem I have had with this company.

well might help to know the name of the company.
check with your bank to see if they can do something. if by some lucky chance the company is in silicon valley you have many legal options open to you.
i am not a lawyer. and not familure with your states laws. perhaps some one else will see this and help.

SYSTEM SOAP PRO, is the name of the company, as a matter of fact, I read about it in an adware or pop-up on my computer.

try online scan at housecall anti virus.
d/l a2 free trojin scanner.
