I hope someone can help me I have a Handspring Treo 270 handheld device. My problem is I can’t get it recognized by all of my computers. What happens is I plug it into the USB port it is recognized XP prompts me for drivers I point it to the Palm software folder it doesn’t see the files it needs and then I am prompted to let XP go to the internet and search for drivers I am connected to the internet but XP can’t find the drivers. All of my computers have IE updated and they are all using the same OS I am running Windows XP on all of them but only one works with this device and I did the same install on all of them. I could understand if none of the computers worked with the device then I would know it was something I did but I was able to install the device on one of the computers and sync it but I couldn’t install it on the others I am VERY confused.
