Hi. I have 2 computers. One computer has an opt. online cable modem connected to it. In order to supply my other computer with the internet, I got a D-Link Wireless Extreme G router. I hooked up the router to the puter with the cable modem. Then I put a netgear wirless adapter on my other puter so I could access the net on it. The only problem, not really problem more like setback, is that the signal strength is low on the adaptor. How can I make the signal strength higher/stronger? Thanks for all your help!

About the only things that I could suggest are reorienting the antenna on the router, repositioning the wireless system, and trying different channels for transmission.
I have seen signal strength vary greatly between adaptors so if it is really a problem you could try a different one. The bottom line is whether or not you can transfer data. If you can then it isn't worth pursuing.
