Hi Negster22,

FYI, The List of Startups only deals with items listed in Msconfig.

However, as we're also seeing SecurityManager.exe implemented via the Registry Run key, I have added it to the List. Smile

As for your suspicion that it might also be responsible for those restrictions, after some Googling I think you could well be right.

Hi Tony,

Just stumbled in here yesterday. I will remember to stick to startups from MSConfig in the future. Smile

You probably don't need this now, but here is the autostart entry:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Security Manager] C:\Program Files\Comcast\Security Manager\app\SecurityManager.exe

Comcast's tgcmd.exe is known to have caused quite a few problems so my antennae were up when I saw that HJT entry.
