HDAudPropShortcut.exe named High Definition Audio Property Page Shortcut. Has sometime to do with Realtek audio cards don't know what it do or if required but the fact that's a shortcut to the property page makes me think it isn't required. but really don't know

As a matter of fact I have that startup on my new computer as well, LOL!...

Probably adds the odd feature to one of the "Sounds" Control Panel applet tabs, but certainly doesn't appear to be required.
