This site is for savvy computer folks...I bought NAVNIS 2004 edition to "protect" my computer. I can't even get it to run...where can I go to get basic info on protecting myself/identity while on-line? I keep getting all these messages stating that something is trying to access my computer....blocked them...now my home page doesn't even come up!! I know that I need to do something just don't know where to go or where to start...an help would be appreciated!!!

My advice is to start with the Support Section over at Symantec.com as they are the maufacturer of Norton Software. Try to get an understanding of what you should allow and what you should block. You might have to erase the rules you have now and restart the assisted learning process. Some communication is needed or you will end up with your problem. Symantec should have a tutorial or a FAQ in their support section to advise you.
